1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Heirloom mobile app, website, and related services operated by Heirloom Inc. ("Heirloom", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Heirloom, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Heirloom is a private family memory platform that may allow users to:

• Create and join family spaces
• Upload photos, videos, and voice notes
• Create albums, milestones, events, and memory collections
• Invite family members and contribute collaboratively

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, record, or share through Heirloom ("User Content"). You grant Heirloom a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and organize your User Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service for you and your family.

4. Family Spaces and Shared Access

Heirloom is designed for shared family use. If you add content to a family space, album, vault, event, or other shared feature, that content may be visible to family members, invitees, or collaborators with access to that space. You are responsible for using sharing controls carefully.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Heirloom to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or abuse any person
• Share unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, or hateful content
• Violate another person's privacy or publicity rights
