Requesting Account Deletion

If you created a Heirloom account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data in one of the following ways:

In the Heirloom app through account settings
By emailing privacy@heirloomapp.example.com from the email address associated with your account

Submit this form to begin the account verification and deletion process online. We will email you to confirm the deletion.

What Happens After You Delete

When your deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, subject to limited exceptions allowed by law.

Because Heirloom is a collaborative family product, some content you created inside a shared family space may remain visible to other authorized family members where required to preserve the integrity of shared records, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
