Allowed
- Family photos, videos, and voice notes
- Memory captions, comments, milestones
- Event planning and family storytelling
- Everyday life updates
Not Allowed
- Harassment, bullying, or threats
- Hate speech or hateful conduct
- Sexually explicit or exploitative content
- Private information shared without consent
Safety Rules
- Only upload content you have the right to share.
- Respect the privacy of family members and children.
- Do not use Heirloom to target, shame, or isolate another person.
- Do not misuse invites, reactions, notes, or messaging features.
Reporting and Enforcement
Users can report specific content, a user, or a safety concern from within the application or by contacting our support team directly. We may take action including removing content, restricting features, or terminating abusing accounts.
